At the British School of Kampala, we value strong partnerships between home and school. Parent–Teacher Consultations (PTCs) provide an important opportunity for families and teachers to connect, reflect on student progress, and work together to support every learner’s success.
We warmly invite all parents and guardians to attend our upcoming PTCs, taking place from Monday, 9th February to Friday, 13th February 2026, daily from 2:40 p.m. to 4:00 p.m.
These meetings offer a valuable chance to speak directly with your child’s subject teachers, discuss academic progress, celebrate achievements, and identify next steps for learning.
Consultation schedule by year group
To ensure smooth organisation, consultations will run according to the following schedule:
- Monday, 9th February – Year 12
- Tuesday, 10th February – Year 10
- Wednesday, 11th February – Year 9
- Thursday, 12th February – Year 8
- Friday, 13th February – Year 7
Important reminders
- Consultations will run strictly between 2:40 p.m. and 4:00 p.m.
- School gates will close promptly at 4:00 p.m., so we kindly ask parents to arrive in good time to make the most of their meetings.
